The Being Together Foundation is a social enterprise in Poland focused in four key business verticals: laundry, catering and bistro, carpentry, and training. Each business line trains, employs, and reintegrates people from excluded groups into the labor market by creating individual paths of professional re-adaptation. In the next five years, The Being Together Foundation plans to train and place 250 refugees.

Mamo Pracuj is a Polish social enterprise that runs a popular web portal for mothers who want to return to work after maternity leave, balancing their careers with their family life. Since the start of the war, Mamo Pracuj has engaged over 100 multilingual volunteers, including HR specialists, psychologists and lawyers, to provide employment support for Ukrainian women seeking refuge in Poland. In the last year Mamo Pracuj has supported nearly 600 refugees.

Nebucode is a software development company in Poland that creates innovative digital solutions for SMEs and corporations. With support from the Refugee Employment Initiative, Nebucode is launching the NebuLab:Starters platform, a training platform that teaches IT skills and development, with a focus on placing graduates from vulnerable backgrounds – including refugees and migrants – in jobs in the digital sector.

Olsztyn Food Bank (OFB) is a non-profit entity based in Poland that saves food from waste. After acquiring food from excess reserves, OFB donates it to social organizations that provide basic needs support to excluded communities.

OFB also runs culinary training and placement programs for marginalized groups.

Posh Academy is both a training center and a provider of beauty services. The social enterprise offers on-the-job training and upskilling for at-risk women, ethnic minorities, young people, and LGTBQIA+ individuals in a range of services such as hairdressing, hair coloring, manicures, pedicures, and other specialized beauty treatments. 

Tango is an enterprise in Poland that builds digital products for scaling startups, corporations, and mid-sized companies. Tango has applied diversity, equity, and inclusion principles to its own hiring as well as its supply chain. As it scales over the next 5 years, Tango plans to hire at least 60 refugees internally, and train and place an additional 270 refugees in employment.
